Divya becomes 69kg Women wrestling Champion. Wins Gold .
This years All India university games, were organized by the state of Karnataka. Wrestlers of all the universities of India took part in it. This is the first year of Divya Sain’s , BPES degree. She has taken part in the university wrestling games for the first time. She defeated every girl wrestler in her category. in the finals her opponent was Kavita from Rohtak University , Haryana India. Haryana girls are the best in wrestling , so the opponent was toughest . The first round proved heavy for Divya , her opponent scored well the score were 7-0. In the second round one minute passed but Divya couldn’t score anything. Two minutes were left . But it was Divya who had to prove her metal, She scored 11 points in the last two minutes , defeating her opponent by 11-7 points. It was a great game for Divya, she is now the All India University Champion. It was the best match Divya won so far. Congratulations Divya.
